Novelist is a database designed especially for book lovers and it includes book recommendations,  reviews, and lots and lots of lists (series, award winners, "read-alike" lists, etc.).  There are two ways to access Novelist content.

1.  Within the OPAC (online public access catalog)
For some titles, the Novelist content is embedded right into the OPAC.  Just do your search and click on the particular item you want.  A new window will pop-up that has several tabs, one of which shows "Novelist Content."

2.  As a "stand-alone" database
To just access the database apart from the OPAC, just go to the "reference and research" tab of our website.  Then, click on "online databases" and then "BadgerLink."  If you are not in the Library, you will need to enter in your library barcode number and PIN.  Once BadgerLink comes up, click on "books," which is located in the blue "I want to find..." section.
